Unfortunately, it isn't always clear what our best path forward is in the pursuit of wellness. With so many voices and conflicting opinions in the space, even I get overwhelmed with all the information being thrown at us.

As a neuroscientist, I'm especially interested in how to maintain lifestyle habits that are good for my brain and body. I invite you to join me as I explore wellness through the lens of neuroscience.

As a trained neuroscientist (PhD), former high-level athlete, and ambitious woman, I am redefining what success means to me and how I want to achieve it. Spoiler: It's not by sacrificing sleep, living off convenience foods, or working all hours of the day. Instead, I'm going back to the basics so I can build my healthiest brain and body to power me through whatever life throws at me in the long-run.
  
In an age where information, including misinformation, is easier to find than ever, we have been influenced to believe so many narratives about our health that may not have any scientific merit. Fueled by equal parts matcha and passion, I spend my days cultivating a lifestyle that exceeds even my wildest dreams. With a natural drive and a relentless attitude, achieving success once looked like working 80+ hour weeks, hitting the gym hard, and always being on the move. And that worked well for me, until it didn't. 

I now believe building a sustainable lifestyle is the key to continued success because let's be real, no one has time to let burn out derail their dreams. With appreciation for even the smallest moments, I am learning how to live my most authentic and healthiest life, each and every day.
